Adjunct Instructor in Business Administration and Accounting

Description: Hartwick College, a nationally ranked, selective liberal arts and sciences institution enrolling approximately 1,500 full-time undergraduates, invites applications for an adjunct position as lecturer in Business Administration for both fall term 2014 and spring term 2015. The successful candidate(s) will teach Introductory Accounting, Business and/or Finance courses.

An independent, residential liberal arts college, Hartwick embraces the teacher-scholar model, with teaching excellence as the first priority. Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, the College initiated its Liberal Arts in Practice curriculum in 2008. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or field closely related to Accounting, Business and/or Finance and appropriate experience. PhD and/or certifications such as CPA, CFA and college teaching experience preferred. Applicants should be committed to teaching excellence.
