Title: Staff Nurse

Description: Hartwick College seeks a full-time Staff Nurse to work as part of a team in the Perrella Health Center. Essential functions of this position will include, but are not limited to, providing assistance to the college physician and physician's assistant; perform CLIA waived laboratory procedures; administer injections and perform phlebotomy functions. This is a full time, 5-day per week position during the academic year (August - May). Anticipated start date of August 25, 2014.

Qualifications: A current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State and current New York State CPR certification is required. Experience as a registered nurse in an ambulatory care/outpatient setting is preferred. Strong phlebotomy skills are a must. Candidate should possess strong written and oral communication skills.
