Inaugural FAQs

What is a delegate?
A delegate is a representative from a college or university invited by Hartwick College to march in the Inauguration Ceremony.

If I'm a delegate, what information do I need to know for marching in the procession at the Installation Ceremony?
Once you or the institution you are representing informs us that you will be a delegate, you will receive an acknowledgment letter that will provide the information you need to know about Inauguration weekend. Delegates are expected to provide their own regalia from their institution.

How do I get to Oneonta, NY?
A link for directions to campus can be found on the left side rail of any Inauguration page or by clicking here.

What about accommodations?
