Technology Plan

Hartwick student at computer

Hartwick College is in the process of creating a focused Technology Plan.

Bookmark this page and stay tuned for future updates: www.hartwick.edu/technologyplan

The completed plan will provide an overview of current and future potential for implementing technologies that support and enhance teaching and learning at Hartwick College.

The planning process will take us on a journey during the Spring Semester of 2017 and implementation will begin during the summer of 2017.

In the meantime, technology purchases will be curtailed until a practical implementation plan can be established. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and look forward to receiving your input, as the College develops its Technology Plan.

The plan will address all the ways that technology is currently integrated into the College, and where we want to be in 3-5 years.  All members of the Hartwick community will have an opportunity to provide input into the creation of this plan.

In the coming months, we will evaluate all of our existing equipment campus-wide. Information Technology Services will work closely with students, staff, faculty and the faculty’s Library and Educational Technology Committee and Administrative Information Technology Advisory Committee to help determine the technological vision for Hartwick College.
