Hartwick college

Institutional Information Systems Services supports those functions of the College related to administrative computing. The College currently licenses an integrated software package developed by Datatel, Inc. We support a wide variety of functions such as admissions and recruitment, financial aid, institutional advancement, academic records, curriculum management, registration, payroll and personnel, and physical plant.

Our services involving the Datatel system include account creation, software installation, maintenance, technical support, project management, report writing, systems management, custom and outsourced programming, new project implementation, and training.
