For Windows XP Users Only:

For those who are using Windows XP, Hartwick's version of  Microsoft's Service Pack 2 (SP2) is here. 

For Hartwick issued computers, including student computers; We  "push" SP2 to your computer if you do not already have it.  This means the network will deliver SP2 to your computer and install it for you.  You may see some slowness in your computer as SP2 installs. To learn more about SP2 and the install click here

For personally owned computers; Personal computers using Windows XP, which you may have at home, can install the version of SP2 which is available from Microsoft's website.  SP2 has its own firewall which you can use to protect your computer at home.
