Technology Services provides support for the campus in a number of ways. The training and faculty technology support office offers the following services:
Technology Training Opportunities
Computer distribution, support and assistance for faculty: If a new faculty member needs a computer or any faculty member needs support or repair, please contact gaynors@hartwick.edu or call x-4670.
Upgrades: faculty computers are upgraded on a three year cycle. For information about when your department upgrades next, click here or contact gaynors@hartwick.edu.
Blackboard: for assistance with Blackboard Learn version 9, see Blackboard Learn or contact gaynors@hartwick.edu.
SPSS: faculty needing installation instructions or assistance with SPSS can see the SPSS page or contact gaynors@hartwick.edu for assistance.
