Repairs on Hartwick-owned laser printers

Since the Technology Resource Center does not stock parts or have manufacturer authorization for repairs on campus laser printers, departments which need repairs should do the following:

  1. Call the Technology Resource Center (x4357), and we will send one of our staff to see if the problem is something simple (like a paper jam, or a toner cartridge installed incorrectly). If it is not something simple, then:
  2. The department should report the problem to PDQ, which is the recommended support vendor when parts and service (warranty and non-warranty) are required for campus laser printers. Before calling PDQ you will need a purchase order created with the Purchasing Office (x4104).
  3. PDQ can be reached at 433-5100.
