Steps for Admission into SOAR
The process to apply for consideration to participate in the SOAR program includes:
- Students must be accepted to Hartwick College.
- Students complete the SOAR online application.
- Provide two letters of recommendations; complete the essays and interview with the Dean of Student Success (interviews can be scheduled any Tuesday, 2 - 4 p.m. , January 6 to April 7 and at Hartwick Open House events).
- Notification of acceptance to the program will be no later than May 1, 2015.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is due by May 30, 2014, to the Student Accounts Office, Attention: Regina Baker, Bresee Hall, room 218. The deposit will support 2015-16 academic programmatic efforts for this year's SOAR class.
