- Acquisition Form: Request the order of books for the Stevens-German Library collection
- Media Order Form: Request the order of videos and DVDs for the Stevens-German Library
- Media Services Request Forms: Request media services such as media equipment, cable tv broadcasts, and bulletin board messages.
- ILLiad -- Interlibrary Loan Forms: Request loans of books and photocopies of periodical articles from other libraries. Hartwick faculty, staff, & students only: Logon with yourHartwick Network Username and Password.
- Information Literacy Instruction Class Request Form: Request a library instruction class (Hartwick faculty and staff only).
- Item Search Form: Request a book or video that is currently checked out or have the library attempt to locate a book that is not on the shelf where it belongs.
- Book Reserve Form: Request a book be placed on reserve for use in the library (Hartwick Faculty and Staff Only).
- Media Reserve Form: Request a video, DVD or CD to be placed on reserve for use in the library (Hartwick Faculty and Staff only).
- E-Reserves Form: Request an article or book chapter be placed on electronic reserves (Hartwick Faculty Only).
