Barbados, on a Duffy Family Ambassador Scholarship (summer 2011)
Independent research project - "Small Island Sustainability;" the environmental impact of the tourism industry on the island; the steps Barbados was taking to develop more sustainably with a focus on the solar energy and waste management industries.

Special Interests:
Salsa dancing, snorkeling, travelling.
Reading, writing, public speaking. (A freshman public speaking class, "pushed me outside of my comfort zone and brought to the surface a skill I never knew that I had.")

Graduate school, then a career that combines economics and the environment. "The perfect career for me involves entrepreneurship. I hope to open up a solar energy facility and recycling plant in my home country-The Bahamas."
