Accepted Student Enrollment
We’re thrilled that you found us to be the right fit for you.
To enroll and secure your place in our class we require that you return the signed enrollment form (included in the inside front cover of your acceptance packet or download the enrollment form here), as well as a $400 enrollment deposit. This deposit will be applied as a credit on your first semester bill.
You may pay the enrollment deposit via a personal check or by making payment online. If you pay by personal check, please mail the check and enrollment form using the blue business reply envelope that was included in your acceptance packet. If you opt to pay the deposit online, you must mail or fax the enrollment form to us. Both the enrollment deposit and signed form must be received in order to secure your place at Hartwick. - A processing fee of 3 to 4% will be assessed for a credit card payment. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard and Discover.
- Your Hartwick ID can be found on your financial aid award or, if you are an international student, on your profile sheet.
- Be sure to mail or fax the enrollment card to complete the enrollment process.

Once you are enrolled, you will receive your New Student Passport, which includes information about being a Hartwick student as well as necessary forms.
