Why Work at Hartwick? This is such a special, unique place. I love working with our students. A day does not go by that I am not impressed with the things our students are doing and studying. When they tell me about their internships, research, study abroad trips, class work, I am always in awe. This is a college where students don't get lost; our small average class size, our 11:1 student to faculty ratio tells you a lot about us. But, once you visit and get the sense of community and friendliness that exists here, you get hooked and fall in love with Hartwick.
