How to Apply for Financial Aid

The Hartwick College Early Decision Financial Aid Application
Prospective students may download this application below (you’ll need a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to do so). Please return the completed form to the Financial Aid if you are an Early Decision applicant. This form is not needed for Regular Decision applicants.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Filing your FAFSA provides the College with information to determine eligibility for all federal aid programs. Successfully filing this form will generate a Student Aid Report (SAR) to the student that summarizes the submitted information. Note that you cannot complete this form before January 1 of your senior year of high school. Hartwick's school code is 002729.

You must estimate tax information to the best of your knowledge. Corrections can be made when your tax forms are complete, and the corrected figures will be used in the final aid determination.
After you enroll, Hartwick may request parent and student federal tax transcripts for financial verification.
