Financial Aid and Affordability of Interest to Faculty and Staff

Many of you enjoy the benefits of working with student employees. As the administrator of the Federal Work-Study Program, the Financial Aid and Affordability Office has been making changes to streamline the process and improve communication. With that goal in mind, we invite you to review the Work-Study Guidelines and submit your employment requests for inclusion in the Work-Study Job Board.

Among the benefits that Hartwick offers employees is Tuition Exchange for qualifying dependents. For many years, Hartwick has been affiliated with Tuition Exchange, Inc., to provide exchange for dependents of exempt employees. Recently, the College has begun to offer Tuition Exchange, Inc., participation to all employees and has rejoined the Tuition Exchange Program of The Council of Independent Colleges to offer exchange for dependents of both exempt and non-exempt employees. If you are considering an exchange program for your dependent, you will want to check the sites to learn what institutions participate.

Certification of Eligibility for this benefit must be obtained from Human Resources. Questions about the specific programs may be directed to Hartwick's Tuition Exchange Liaison, Ann-Lis Glenn, Associate Director of Enrollment Management.

The Financial Aid and Affordability Office is located in Bresee Hall, 2nd Floor.
