Summer College

Gain real college experience while living on campus and participating in classes that highlight experiential learning.

Get your education started early with Hartwick's Summer College for High School Students. You'll get the full Hartwick experience during our three-week program. You'll be taught interesting subjects by our expert faculty in small classes. You'll get hands-on experience, you'll learn more than you thought you could, and you'll have a great time doing it.

When you're not in class, you'll experience the rest of what College is all about -- living in a residence hall, taking part in exciting on-and off-campus activities, and much more. After completing Hartwick's Summer College for High School Students, you'll be better prepared when you enroll in college full time. You'll have a head start on your academic career, transferable credits, and something even more valuable: real college experience to help prepare you for your future career.

Choose one of ten exciting, thought provoking three-credit courses: This is Drawing, United Nations in World Poltics, Biology in Practice, Intro to Human Biology, Synthetic Biology, Dynamics of Music, Children's Literature, Stagecraft, Summer Theater Performance Workshop and Forensic Anthropology. Courses are taught by dynamic faculty who love what they do.
