Dates of Awakening:
Saturday, August 25 -Thursday, August 30, 2012. Welcome Weekend begins for all first year students on Thursday, August 30, 2012.

Registration Information:
Complete the Awakening application, including the required medical form. To download these documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here to download a free copy.

The fee to participate in Awakening is $550.00. After receiving your deposit, the remaining balance will appear on your first Hartwick bill.

Please send your $100 deposit AND completed application AND medical forms to the Director of Awakening, Office of Student Affairs, Attn: Awakening 2016, Hartwick College, P.O. Box 4020, Oneonta, NY 13820.

Application Deadline:

July 1, 2012

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel before June 15, 2012 your $100 deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel between June 15 and July 1, 2012 there will be no refund of your deposit.
• If you cancel after July 1, 2012, there will be no refund of your deposit and a drop fee of $50 will be assessed.
• If you withdraw after beginning the program, refunds on the balance will be made only for serious health reasons.

Enrollment:
Limited to 60 students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Before You Register:

• All Awakeners should plan to attend a spring/summer New Student Orientation Program.
• If you plan to be on an athletic team, check with your coach about possible conflicts between Awakening and pre-season activities.
