** JUNIOR LOTTERY HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE 2013-14 ACADEMIC YEAR**

Based on the College's need, a set number of rising junior students may be granted permission to live off campus for their junior year.

Current sophomore students can submit the Junior Lottery Off-Campus Living form in for their junior year. This application may be done by an individual or as a group. Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday of the first week of classes for the spring term.

Once all applications are in, they will be selected at random until the number of juniors that was set, has been reached. Selection will continue for a waitlist, until all applications have been selected. If Hartwick College needs to allow additional off-campus requests, later in Spring Term or during the summer, we would go to the waitlist.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED, IN WRITING, BY THE OFFICE OF RESIDENTIAL LIFE AND HOUSING THAT YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO LIVE OFF-CAMPUS.

No special consideration will be given to students that sign a lease before they are granted permission to live off-campus.
