Closing
Fall Term
Late departures at the end of the Fall semester are not permitted. Students must vacate their residence hall room, suite and townhouse by Noon on the day after the last scheduled final. If travel or other circumstances make it impossible to leave on time, residents will need to arrange for alternate accommodations.
Spring Term
All students, with the exception of graduating seniors, students participating with Commencement ceremonies (e.g. marshals, ushers, musical performers), and those students attending Commencement, must vacate their residence hall room, suite or townhouse by Noon on the Friday before Commencement.
Students participating in Commencement activities must vacate their room, suite or townhouse by 6:00 p.m. on Commencement day (Saturday).
On-campus graduating seniors are approved to stay until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Sunday following Commencement.
