In response to public recognition and interest in this year’s Commencement speaker, and to accommodate the increasing number of those wishing to attend Hartwick’s 2013 Commencement Exercises, this year’s Ceremony may be attended by graduating Seniors and ticket-bearing guests.

Parents and guests of degree candidates must have tickets, which they will be required to show upon entry to Elmore Field in order to attend the Commencement Ceremony. Note: A ticket allows admission onto Elmore Field beginning at 10:00 a.m., but does not guarantee a seat. Seats will be distributed on a first-come basis and cannot be reserved.

Graduating Seniors will be offered an unlimited amount of tickets to the morning exercises for their parents and guests whom they wish to invite. These tickets and other Commencement materials will be distributed to the Seniors in mid-May.

Those guests and family members, who are not able to be here to celebrate with you are able to view the Commencement Ceremony and view the morning exercises live via webcast beginning at 11:30 a.m., the day of the event. To view the webcast, go to http://www.hartwick.edu/current-students/commencement-2013  and click on the “Webcast of Commencement. To view the Webcast, Windows Media Player is required. Streaming video from the Webcast link will be intermittent until just before the ceremony.
