John Christopher Hartwick Society

John Christopher Hartwick Signature
The name John Christopher Hartwick is synonymous with excellence. This designation cites the highest academic honor that the College bestows on young scholars, and so it represents the College's most generous annual donors.

The John Christopher Hartwick Society is named for the College's founder, who, in 1797, established Hartwick Seminary through his estate. Members of the John Christopher Hartwick Society are donors whose gifts to Hartwick College exceed $1000 annually. John Christopher Hartwick Society members play an essential role in strengthening the College today and advancing it for years to come.

You are invited to become a member of this important group of alumni, parents, and friends whose generosity will form the foundation for the future of Hartwick College.

There are seven associate giving levels within the John Christopher Hartwick Society:

President's Circle ($100,000+)
Founders Circle ($50,000+)
Trustees' Circle ($25,000+)
1797 Society ($10,000+)
Oyaron Society ($5,000+)
Bresee Society ($2,500+)
