Facilities & EquipmentOur facilities consist of a production studio and a non-linear editing system which can be reserved during normal work hours. Televisions, VCRs, slide projectors, overhead projectors, data projectors, audio cassette/ CD players (boombox), DVD players, CD burner, laserdisc player, cassette recorder/transcriber, wireless audio system, portable audio system (PA), microphones, digital still cameras, analog/ digital camcorders, and tripods are available to be used on site, or, in some cases may be borrowed for three days. As the media center is charged to meet the audio-visual requirements of the faculty, we are interested in your suggestions for improved services.


Classroom Services
Our main responsibility is filling media requests that enhance classroom teaching and learning experiences. Many of our classrooms are currently equipped with built-in media equipment. However, should additional media equipment be needed, we will be happy to move and set up the equipment in your class as you need it.

Media Request Policy

Services and facility reservations are provided on a first-come-first-served basis. To guarantee services, we request a minimum of 24-hour notice for all media setups for classroom use. We will try our best to fill last minute requests based on equipment availability, but they are NOT guaranteed. While advanced reservations are not required for media equipment loan services, reservations are recommended.
