The new ticketing system features both a way to submit tickets and a repository of help articles for common issues and questions. It acts as a one-stop portal for all your IT-related requests involving: computer issues, media services, telephones, accounts setup or Colleague, printers, WiFi connections, or smartphones just to name a few examples. No more worrying about who to call or email for a particular issue. Submit your problem to FreshService, and it will quickly find its way to the screen of the support team member(s) that are best equipped to help.

FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT
Our facilities consist of televisions, projectors, document cameras, DVD & Blu-ray players, wired & wireless microphones, portable audio systems (PA), video conferencing equipment, video cameras, and tripods. The equipment is available to be used on campus only.

- To request equipment for an activity or event, please call (607) 431-4176 or email media@hartwick.edu.
Wireless projection from laptops, phones and tablets is available in several classrooms on campus. There are some limitations, but it does offer additional options for classroom presentation. If you would like more information about the Epson iProjection app, contact Chris Spiwak.
