‘Digitalvideodrome’ Presents Best Hartwick Student Videos, Animation

The best in Hartwick College student videos and animation from 2007-2012 will be on display from April 7-12 in the Foreman Gallery in the Anderson Center for the Arts on the College campus. An opening reception is planned for Monday, April 9 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Works will be presented in several categories, including Stop Motion Animation, Flash Animation, Hand-drawn Animation, Photoshop-motion Animation, Video Art, Political, and Short Films. In total, 45 pieces will be on display.

"This show includes work from fall 2007 through J Term 2012," explained curator and Hartwick Associate Professor of Art & Art History Joseph Von Stengel. "The categories reflect different film, video, and animation styles we teach at Hartwick, and represent some very strong student work."
