Hartwick Community Halloween Party

Annual Community Halloween Party To Be Hosted at Hartwick

October 15, 2012

Hartwick will host its annual community Halloween Party on Sunday October 28, 2012 from noon to 2:30 p.m. in Stack Lounge of Dewar Union on the College's campus. The event is free and the public is encouraged to attend.

The party will include activities, games, refreshments, and a costume contest.  Following the party, families and friends are invited to go on a guided trick or treating tour throughout the residence halls from 2:30 - 4 p.m. Along the trick-or-treating path, there will be a haunted house in Saxton Hall and much more for children and families of all ages to participate in.

"Our student leaders have been working diligently to put this event together and are excited to share the results of their hard work with party attendees," said Aimee Boyd, Resident Director of Wilder Hall at Hartwick College. "We're lucky to have a chance to give back to our neighbors and friends here in Oneonta and are looking forward to making this a truly special event for the community."

Hartwick's Pine Lake Environmental Campus will also hold a Haunted House event on October 26 and 27 from 8-11 p.m.

Hartwick College welcomes their neighbors in the greater Oneonta area for these events, which are made possible by current Hartwick students who are coordinating all of the activities that will be offered.
