Hartwick College Summer Music Festival Celebrates 65th Season in 2011

With the success of the 2010 camps, Hartwick College Summer Music Festival Director Dr. Jason Curley is pleased to announce the expansion of the Festival profile, which will include Choir, Musical Theatre, Orchestra, Band, Jazz Band, and Rock Orchestra. All three camps will feature guest artists, lessons, exceptional recreation, master classes, and faculty and student concerts.

Camp I Choir/Show Choir, Musical Theatre (week 1) July 10-16
Camp II Orchestra/Chamber, Musical Theatre (week 2) July 17-23
Camp III Rock Orchestra, Band, Jazz Band (week 3) July 24-30

Hartwick's Music Festival prides itself on maintaining an inclusive learning environment for budding and advanced musicians ages 11-22 that is as enlightening as it is fun. Counselors, administration, and faculty create a closely knit community that allows each and every camper to play a significant part in the celebration of the Festival.

Families are encouraged to apply early.

Early-Bird Scholarships: $100 automatic tuition reduction, application fee reduction.
Must deposit/apply on or before December 15, 2010.

Day-Camper Scholarships: Commute to camp and save!
Up to $300 per week tuition reduction.
Applies to families within a 30-mile radius.
