Hartwick College will welcome back alumni on September 28 as it kicks off three days of exciting activities for this year's Homecoming & Reunion Weekend.
"We are eager to welcome alumni back to celebrate their Hartwick connections," said Alicia Fish '91, Senior Director of Donor and Alumni Relations. "It is always exciting to greet familiar faces and meet many new alumni."
The weekend will open Friday with the 21st Annual WAA Hartwick Golf Classic at the Oneonta Country Club, the 50-Year Reunion and 50-Year Club Induction Celebration, a Welcome Dinner & Reception, and Division I soccer on Elmore Field as the men's team takes on Bowling Green University.
On Saturday, alumni will begin the day with a 50-Year Club Breakfast before a Meet the Faculty Reception and an Alumni Swimming and Diving meet in Moyer Pool. Other Saturday highlights include a Conversation with Hartwick President Dr. Margaret L. Drugovich, a field hockey game against St. John Fisher, men's soccer alumni game, Brooks' House of BBQ lunch, women's soccer vs. Union College, Football vs. Frostburg State University and the dedication of a tribute to Dean Edith M. Lacey, founder of the School of Nursing. The day culminates in two signature events, the Athletic Hall of Fame Inductions and the Reunion Class Banquet.
