Office of Advising and Registration

The Office of Advising and Registration oversees academic advising and learning support services, as well as Registrar and registration services to all students at Hartwick College.

As a new office on campus, the Office of Advising and Registration combines the resources of what was previously the Academic Center for Excellence with the Office of the Registrar

Advising and Registration offices, located on the 4th floor of Dewar Union, serve as a clearinghouse of academic information to students and academic advisors, and as a source of referral to advising and registration support services. The Office maintains an accurate and complete academic record of courses offered, classroom facilities utilization, class enrollments, personal student demographic information, grades awarded for student academic performance, and degrees conferred.

Learning Support Services previously offered through ACE and the Learning Lounge are also administered through the Office of Advising and Registration and are found at the Loft, an exciting new information commons learning area on the 5th floor of the Stevens-German Library in Yager Hall.
