The Technology Resource Center is located on the 1st floor of Clark Hall and is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can drop in during our open hours or call the TRC at x4357.
Services the TRC offers:
Software and hardware repairs on all student laptops/printers issued by Hartwick. Loaner laptops are available when the student's laptop is in the shop. The TRC is an HP warranty repair site, and many of our technicians are A+ Certified. Software and hardware repairs are also done on standard faculty and staff Hartwick-issued laptops and desktops.
A HelpDesk area is provided for call-ins (x4357) or walk-ins to handle any of your technology questions.
The TRC is the home department of the innovative Student Technology Assistants Program. The TRC includes the Tech Store, where students, faculty, and staff can make purchases. Payment can be made by cash, check, or by the WICKit ID card. On the left you will find links to information regarding our services and policies.
