Hartwick College offers registered nurses the opportunity to broaden their knowledge through study of the liberal arts while building on existing skills—a special opportunity that can help them move toward advanced professional nursing practice. We accept RNs from accredited associate degree and diploma programs in nursing as candidates for a bachelor of science degree with a major in nursing; RNs enter with advanced standing, and they can take courses on a full-time or part-time basis.
As a special incentive for nurses employed full-time at Bassett Healthcare, Hartwick, SUNY Delhi, and Bassett Healthcare offer the Partnership for Nursing Opportunities Program.
