The Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced its 2008 Northwest Region Division III Football All-Star teams yesterday evening. Hartwick stars Jason Boltus and Jack Phelan both were recognized for their tremendous accomplishments on the field in 2008.
