To declare a minor, please use the APPLICATION TO REGISTRAR FOR TRANSCRIPT LISTING OF A MINOR form.  The form needs to be signed by the Department Chair and returned to the Office of Advising and Registration in order for a minor to show on your transcript.

How do I change my advisor?

If you want to change your advisor, but don't know who you would like, you need to meet with someone in the Office of Advising and Registration so an advisor can be assigned.

How do I change my schedule?
To make changes to your schedule before a term begins, please use the PRE-REGISTRATION CHANGE FORM; one week before courses begin and after, please use the carbon copy COURSE CHANGE slip.  Both of these forms are available in the Office of Advising and Registration.  Once you have obtained your advisor's signature, bring the form back for processing.

Beginning the third day of the term (except for January-term), you must also obtain the instructor's signature in order to add a course.  After two weeks into the semester, you need to file a petition (including signatures of the course professor and your advisor) with the Committee on Academic Standards in order to add a course.  IF the Committee approves the petition, there is a $50.00 late registration fee applied for each course.
