Programming throughout the academic year:

The Wellness Education Office provides a number of different programs throughout the academic year. Programs can cover a broad scope of topics, and may be facilitated in a number of ways from interactive, to peer facilitated, to discussion.  Alcohol and other drugs, eating habits, body image, sexual responsibility and personal accountability are just a few of the topics covered.

Several times throughout the academic year, the Wellness Education Office will facilitate awareness campaigns on a variety of issues ranging from Eating Disorders to Anxiety and Depression to Better Sleep. These awareness campaigns can cover from one week to one month and generally involve multiple days being dedicated to events on the designated topic. Events can include informational tables in Dewar Union, day or evening programs, free giveaways, interactive programming, and much more.
