Already been accepted to Hartwick? Congratulations! Join us on April 11th to discover what being a Hartwick student is all about. Open Houses

Open House Programs are geared towards our students who will be entering Hartwick in the Fall of 2011. They are your chance to learn everything you need to know about Hartwick: meet students and faculty in your major, tour our 425-acre campus, discover our innovative Three-Year Degree Program, and more. On-Campus Interviews

We do strongly recommend "formal" interviews, although we do not require them. An in-person interview gives you an opportunity to tell us about yourself and the experiences you’ve had, so we know the whole story, not just what we can see from your paperwork and test scores.

If you'd like to schedule an interview, please note:

• Interviews may be scheduled six days a week most of the academic year (excluding Sunday):
  • Academic Year: Monday-Friday at 9:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m., and 3:15 p.m.

Appointments should be made at least one week in advance.

Off-Campus Interviews

We know that not every applicant can make the trip to Oneonta. Therefore, we offer a number of opportunities to interview off campus. Interviews with admissions representatives or members of the Hartwick Alumni Recruitment Team (HART) can be arranged in many places nationwide. Also, we can arrange telephone interviews. Group Information Sessions

The group session enables you to learn the basics and get answers to common questions from an admissions representative without being in a one-on-one interview. 

Group sessions are held on select Saturdays throughout the year and include a campus tour.

Campus Tours

Be sure to take a tour during your visit. You’ll get the feel of our beautiful and friendly campus and learn more about Hartwick from a student guide.  Some things to know:

We conduct campus tours six days a week most of the academic year (excluding Sunday):

• Academic Year: Monday-Friday on the top of the hour from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• Be sure to wear comfortable shoes — much of the campus’ beauty derives from its rolling green hills.
