Checklist
To apply to Hartwick, you must submit the following:
- a completed application, which may be submitted online, via mail, or by fax. Deadlines vary, depending upon which semester you expect to start. (Music and art programs require additional, special applications, and deadlines.)
- a personal statement indicating what you have been doing since high school graduation and why you are interested in transferring to Hartwick
- an official high school transcript and/or a copy of your GED certificate
- official college transcripts from all institutions attended sent directly from those institutions
- the application fee of $35: the fee is waived if you apply online, interview, or make an official admissions visit
If you’re applying for financial aid, you’ll need to complete the FAFSA. You may also complete the Hartwick Financial Aid Form.
NOTE: If you are applying for Spring 2009, please use this version of the Hartwick Financial Aid Form.
Finally, we recommend you visit our campus and schedule an interview. While these aren’t required, they will help you to decide whether Hartwick is right for you, and they’ll let us know more about you than what we see on paper.
