Checklist
To apply to Hartwick, you must submit the following:
- Your completed application. Deadlines vary, depending on which semester you expect to start. Music and art programs require additional, special applications and deadlines.
- An official record or copy of your TOEFL or SAT Reasoning Test, Critical Reading score
- Original certificates or certified copies of academic records from your secondary school and any colleges or universities you have attended.
- A school official or advisor’s recommendation
- Your completed International Student Financial Aid Form
International transfer students must also submit the following:
- If you’re currently attending a university or college outside the United States:
- Official documentation of all coursework and test scores from current and previous universities
- If you’re currently attending a university or college in the United States:
- Official college transcripts sent from all institutions attended. If the transcript is not sent directly from the registrar, it must be presented in a sealed envelope with the proper signature across the back of the envelope
- A Personal Statement indicating what you have been doing since high school graduation and why you are interested in transferring to Hartwick.

- Hartwick College offers rolling admission; decisions will be sent within two weeks of file completion.
