
CAPE COD, MA - The Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) recently announced its Division III Northwest Football All-Stars for the 2009 season. Hartwick senior Noah Koreman (Albany, NY/Albany) was one of 26 players selected in the northwest region and one of only two wide receivers picked.
Koreman was a D3football.com East Region Second Team all-star and an Empire 8 First Team pick after racking up 1,107 yards on 45 receptions. He ranks 15th in Division III football and led the Empire 8 Conference in receiving yards per game (110.75) and is tied for 16th in the country in scoring (9.60 pts./gm.).
Koreman's biggest game of the year came in the season opener against Morrisville. The senior helped the Hawks to a 24-point win recording 232 yards receiving. His yardage in the game marked the 10th highest single-game total recorded in Division III football this season.
He ranks in the Top 10 in Hartwick history in touchdown receptions (6th), reception yards (8th), total points scored (8th), total touchdowns (8th), and receptions (10th).
