Hartwick College prohibits sexual harassment or discrimination, in any form, in all educational programs, activities, services and employment practices. All students, faculty, staff and visitors to the College are expected to comply with Hartwick College policy and adhere to a standard of conduct that is respectful of the rights of all individuals.
Any student, faculty, staff or visitor who has been a victim of or a witness to and/or personally offended by discriminatory practices or behavior(s) may discuss their concern and/or file an informal or formal complaint with the Title IX Coordinator.
