Screen: Motorized screen over stage

Projector: Christie LX400

Controller: Crestron DMPS300 – Touch Panels on the lectern and tech booth

Installed media players: Onkyo Blu-ray Player in lectern

Sound: Crown Amps, Sennheiser Wireless Mics, Soundcraft Sound Board

Lighting: Strand 250ML Light Board, LED ellipsoidal and fresnel fixtures

Anderson Theater-Lighting 1

  • Simple lighting panels are located through the house of the theater. The top button turns ALL lights on. The bottom button turns ALL lights off.

  • Backstage (behind wood doors) there is an extended lighting control panel.
  1. House lights ON
  2. House lights OFF
  3. Movie lighting
  4. Lecture lighting
  5. Concert Lighting
  • Full Strand ML light board is located in the tech booth.

Anderson Theater-Screen Control

  • Backstage right is the controller to raise and lower the screen.

Anderson Theater-Cables

  • Cables located on the lectern include: ethernet, VGA with audio, HDMI and a variety of HDMI adapters.

Anderson Theater-Controller

  • Plug the appropriate cable into your device and press the touch screen to begin.

Anderson Theater-Controller 2

  • Press “LAPTOP” to turn the projector on and project your computer.
  • Leave the Audio Configuration set on “PRESENTATION” for the best sound.
  • The “Program” volume control on the top right controls the volume from your computer.
  • The “Speech” volume control on the middle right controls the volume from the lectern mic.
  • There are additional wireless microphones available as well as advanced audio and lighting control from the tech booth. Please request these services in advance from media@hartwick.edu.
  • “BLANK” on the bottom right will blank out the screen without turning off the projector.
  • Press “SYSTEM OFF” to shutdown the projector and sound system.

Anderson 138 Controls

  • Press anywhere on the Crestron touch screen to “wake” it up.
  • Press the “COMPUTER” button (left side, top button) to project from the installed PC. Login with your Hartwick credentials.
  • Press the “LAPTOP” button (left side, 2nd button from top) to project your laptop.
  • Connect your laptop to the VGA cable or adapter; connect the headphone jack to your laptop if you are using sound.
  • Press the “EXIT” button (right side, bottom button) and follow the directions to shut the system down.
