In 2015-16, the President and Provost conducted a review of several of Hartwick’s academic programs. They issued a set of preliminary, or draft, recommendations on February 10, 2016. Based upon input from members of the Hartwick community (i.e., students, faculty, staff, and alumni) as well as formal action by the Faculty, the President and Provost modified their recommendations and presented a set of final recommendations to the Board of Trustees on May 6, 2016.
Below you will find links to two documents. The first is the complete set of recommendations that was passed by the Board of Trustees at its May 6, 2016, meeting. Please note that several of these recommendations require Board approval; these are noted in bold font. The second document contains a set of FAQs (and answers) about the entire Academic Program Review process up to this point, as well as plans for the future.
