True Blue Weekend 2018 will take place from Friday, October 5 to Sunday, October 7.
Join students, faculty, staff, and alumni for this exciting campus-wide event during which we welcome our alumni, families and reunion classes home to Oyaron Hill.
The weekend kicks off on Friday with “The Future of Nursing: Making and Managing Change” symposium and the 27th Annual Hartwick Golf Classic. If you can’t attend until later in the day, be sure to start the weekend off right by joining us for the True Blue Kick-off Party and Bonfire.
Saturday brings a full day of programming. What better way to start the day than a run up Oyaron Hill?! Be sure to sign up for the Dan Gilbert ’17 Run to the Top and Founders’ Way Walk. After a refreshing run, enjoy the beauty of the Pine Lake Environmental Campus, connect with former classmates, or learn what’s new on campus with a tour. Don’t forget to get your Brooks’ BBQ for lunch and enjoy the Homecoming Tailgate before cheering on the Men’s Football team!
Alumni will celebrate their milestone reunions and gather with their classmates throughout the weekend. The weekend concludes with the Memorial Gathering on Sunday morning remembering members of the Hartwick community who have passed. All alumni are invited to attend the Alumni Association Board of Directors meeting after the Memorial Gathering.
Hire Hartwick Interns!
Arrive early for True Blue Weekend and support Hartwick students! Attend the 2018 Internship and Career Expo on Thursday, October 4, where alumni and employers will gather to showcase internships and career opportunities with their organizations.
Hartwick’s Changing Campus!
If you weren’t able to make it back for True Blue last year, you will notice the campus looks different. Last summer, Hartwick Drive underwent a major transition to enhance the on-campus experience and make it a safer and friendlier environment for our students. Read all about the many projects that have been completed to not only improve Hartwick, making it more pedestrian friendly, but also enhance the beauty of our campus.
