True Blue Weekend for Families

True Blue Weekend 2018 will take place from Friday, October 5 to Sunday, October 7.

Join students, faculty, staff, and alumni for this exciting campus-wide event during which we welcome our alumni, families and reunion classes home to Oyaron Hill.

The weekend kicks off on Friday with the 27th Annual Hartwick Golf Classic. Saturday brings a full schedule of programs including a Brooks’ BBQ and Conversations with the President. Enjoy the beauty of the Pine Lake Environmental Campus, connect with members of the faculty or learn what’s new on campus with a tour. Alumni will celebrate their milestone reunions and gather with their classmates throughout the weekend. The weekend concludes with a Memorial Gathering on Sunday morning and alumni are invited to attend the Alumni Association Board of Directors meeting.

In order to make your trip to Oyaron Hill as satisfying as possible, please note the following:
  • Registration for True Blue Weekend is REQUIRED. Walk ins are certainly welcomed but we encourage registration for a faster and smoother check in process.

  • Signature event tickets (those requiring payment) are only guaranteed when reserved online.

  • Limited signature event tickets will be available at the event and will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Event fees and gifts are non-refundable.

  • Upon arrival, please check in at the Welcome and Hospitality Center at the Binder PE Center, Lambros Arena Lobby and receive your True Blue souvenir.

    *Please make sure to register all guests, including current students.

Accommodations: Hartwick College does not provide on-campus housing for True Blue Weekend. Hotel accommodations must be made directly through a hotel.
