Hartwick Hosts Accepted Student Day April 4

On Saturday, April 4, Hartwick College will welcome accepted students and their families for Accepted Student Day, a celebration of the incoming class and its members’ accomplishments. Online registration is now available.

“Accepted Student Day is one of our favorite parts of the year, because we get to formally say ‘Welcome to Hartwick!’ here on campus for the first time,” said Director of Admissions Lisa Starkey-Wood. “We’ve put together a program that’s exciting, fun, and informative. It’s going to be a great day on Oyaron Hill.”

During this special event, accepted students will have the opportunity to meet their classmates, current Hartwick students, and their future faculty, take specialized tours of the campus they will soon call their home away from home, and learn about the next steps to enrollment.

The “Hartwick on Display” portion of the program will include opportunities to explore academic majors and minors, theatre arts, music, Pine Lake/Awakening, First-Year Seminar, athletics, financial aid and much more.

Families of accepted students will hear from Hartwick’s President, Margaret L. Drugovich, and will have opportunities to ask questions of current students about what it’s really like to live and study at the College.

More details and registration are available online. For more information, call 888-HARTWICK or email admissions@hartwick.edu.
