Hartwick Hosts Hawks’ Night Fever IV
On Thursday, November 10, Hartwick College will host the 4th Annual Hartwick Hawks’ Night Fever, a pep rally for all Hartwick athletic teams and the entire College community, in Lambros Arena of Binder Physical Education Center on the Hartwick campus. The event runs from 8 – 10 p.m., and is free and open to the community (College ID required for prizes, shirts, and giveaways). Hawks’ Night Fever IV is presented by Class Councils, with support from Campus Activities, Student Senate, and Hartwick Athletics.
Hawks’ Night Fever is designed to bring the entire Hartwick Campus together for a night of fun and excitement.
Returning activities this year include fan favorites such as the dance competition, class-against-class tug of war, musical chairs, and a hot wing eating contest.
One lucky student will get a chance to win $3000 by sinking a half-court shot.
Hartwick’s athletic teams will again be competing in the video competitions, and the one that best showcases their Hartwick pride and spirit wins the newly created Best in the Nest Trophy.
In addition, multiple prizes, gifts, and t-shirts will be available to all Hartwick students, staff, and faculty. Prizes includes a 32″ TV, Apple TV, Keurig, Fitbit, and Beats by Dre headphones.
The event will also be webcast at: portal.stretchinternet.com/hartwick/.
This year, Coca-Cola and Tino’s Pizza in Oneonta are event sponsors, along with the title sponsor, Hartwick Class Councils.
