Hartwick Theatre Arts Presents “An Evening of One Acts – Part 2”
The Hartwick College Theatre Arts Department is pleased to announce “An Evening of One Acts – Part 2.” This event will be held on Thursday, December 1 with performances at 7 and 9 p.m. in the Lab Theatre, Bresee Hall, on the College campus. A special preview will be held the previous evening, November 30, at 9 p.m. Admission is free for each presentation and all are open to the public, though reservations are suggested.
“An Evening of One Acts – Part 2” is produced by the Hartwick College Play Production class. Students in the class have the opportunity to pick short plays which they then cast, direct, and design for public performance. The five shows being presented include “Playwriting 101: The Rooftop Lesson” by Rich Orloff; “What She Found There” by John Glore; “The Man Who Couldn’t Dance” by Jason Katims; “Medusa’s Tale” by Carol Lashof; and “The Ballad of 423 and 424” by Nicholas C. Pappas.
Directors for the five shows are Erin Corah ’18, Tonie Cross ’17, Alyssa Ralph ’17, Carlos Silva ’18, and Lindsey Partelow ’17.
