Ray has dedicated himself in a career to working with high school students to find the right fit for their post-secondary educational choice.

A first generation college student himself, Ray enjoys helping all students realize their dream to get a college degree and encourages each person to continue their education even after Harwick.

Ray has recruited students throughout the U.S. and in five continents. International and transfer students are paramount among his area of expertise, but he enjoys working with all students and their families to make a Hartwick College experience become a reality.
