Success Coach

Victoria joins Hartwick College as a Success Coach. She attended SUNY Potsdam where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology. After taking a few years off and working as a student education advocate in the K-12 school system, she attended Stony Brook University and earned her master’s degree in higher education administration. During her time as a student advocate, Victoria worked with at-risk youth on dropout prevention, college and career preparation, social/emotional support and academic success. As a first-gen student herself, she particularly enjoys supporting at-risk and first generation students as they develop the skills and confidence needed to be successful and achieve their goals. Some of her hobbies include gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
