Alicia leads the team of individuals responsible for planning all alumni events as well as Homecoming & Reunion Weekend and maintaining The Wall, Hartwick's online community for alumni. Contact Alicia's office regarding on- and off-campus events, endowed scholarships and questions about The Wall.

Pat works closely with Hartwick's Planned Giving Advisory Council and members of the Abraham L. Kellogg Society. Matthew Metzgar '10, MPA, Associate Director of Philanthropy
Matt is responsible for securing individual donor support for the Hartwick Fund and other fundraising initiatives through cultivation and stewardship activities, including in person meetings with alumni and parents and the coordination of Regional Alumni Councils. Karen Anderson, Associate Director of Annual Giving
Karen manages all aspects of the direct mail/marketing appeal programs including creative strategy and messaging, project management of each appeal, and the donor acknowledgment process. Faith (Critti) Tiemann '05, Leadership Annual Giving Officer
Faith oversees the coordination of the class volunteer program, the faculty and staff giving campaign, Wick Athletic Association fundraising events, and the corporate giving program.
