Taking flight as students and athletes

Home of the Hawks.

With 18 NCAA Division III teams, it’s no wonder that almost a third of our students compete in varsity sports. Our rosters are filled with Empire 8 Rookies of the Year, All-Conference stand-outs, and recognized President’s List scholars. When you’re a Hawk, you’ll find the structure and the support you need to be a success both as a student and an athlete.

Guided Academic Support

As a Hartwick athlete, you’ll have a strong support system that will help guide you throughout your journey. With your own personal Guidance Team, mentorship from your coaches, and fellowship from your teammates, you’ll not only play the sport you love, you’ll also pursue your FlightPath and prepare to succeed in the real world.

Hawk Pride.

No matter what sport you play, you’ll find that teammates will become friends, coaches are your mentors, and everyone supports the home team. Especially during Code Blue, our campus wide spirit drive for home games, where students, faculty, and staff turn out in droves, wearing blue and white, to cheer on our teams. At Hartwick, we’re proud of you.
