We respect the academic experience, connect and engage the entire Hartwick community, and provide opportunities for personal growth and development.
Our primary focus is to provide programming that helps students in the life-long development of a healthy lifestyle. Many topics covered over the course of an academic year include alcohol and other drug education, relationships and sexual responsibility, nutrition, sleep, and other health-related topics.
Our goal is to provide information so Hartwick community members can make their own responsible health choices. We believe that each of these opportunities will help connect each individual physically, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually to increase their personal well-being and have a positive impact on the Hartwick College community and beyond.

“Wellness is important to me because it is crucial to be in control of your emotional and physical health. If you balance the two, you will work towards living a healthy life.
I enjoy working in Campbell and the opportunity to meet new people who have stories about their fitness passion and how they promote their healthy lifestyles amongst their peers.”

“Wellness is important to me because the body is a temple and there are so many degrees of wellness those impact day to day activities that are more than just food and exercise.
My favorite part about working in Campbell is getting to work one on one with new staff and anyone looking to improve their wellness.”
