We provide opportunities for personal growth and development by engaging and connecting the entire Hartwick community.
Topics covered over the course of an academic year include alcohol and other drug education, relationships and sexual responsibility, nutrition, sleep, and other health-related topics. These may take a number of forms, from interactive to peer-facilitated discussion.
We conduct campus-wide awareness campaigns for Love Your Body Week, World AIDS Day, Safe Spring Break Week, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Bras Across Campus and others. Our events include informational fairs, community events, free giveaways, Zumbathons, and more.

“Wellness is important to me because it lets me have some time to work on myself and make myself better than the day before.
My favorite part about working in Campbell is that I love seeing people I know and encouraging people who rarely come. Also, I enjoy helping my friends work out.”
