Heather Bailey P’28 and P’29

Executive Assistant and Budget Manager for the VPAA/Provost

Heather Bailey P’28, P’29 joined Hartwick College in May 2022. Her prior work includes positions in Career Development and Annual Giving. She is excited to utilize her over 20 years experience managing projects and people to support the Division of Academic Affairs and ultimately the mission and students of Hartwick. Heather earned both her degrees from SUNY Oneonta, an M.S. in Reading Education and a B.S. in Elementary Education and French. Prior to Hartwick, she worked in healthcare administration and early childhood education. She has lived in the area for 27 years and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run of Central New York and Vice Chair for the Bugbee Children’s Center Board of Directors.
